The Government of Nova Scotia is proud to partner for the second year with the Farmers' Markets of Nova Scotia to continue the very successful Nova Scotia Loyal School Voucher Program. Vouchers are being sent home with ESM students this week and can be used this season at participating farmers' markets in Nova Scotia.
We encourage you all to visit your local farmers' market this season - introducing your students to local farmers and producers; exploring fresh, homegrown, handmade products together; and supporting local businesses when you can in your everyday shopping.
As an added incentive to use the vouchers that come home to you, the school with the highest percentage of redeemed vouchers will be rewarded with a fully catered, locally inspired, interactive lunch for all students hosted by the Kilted Chef - Alain Bossé.
